Magnetic attachment — no pins, no holes in clothing

Most low-cost name badges rely on sharp safety pins that pierce fabric and permanently damage fine clothing. Our recommended attachment is a strong two-piece magnetic clip. The backing magnet is placed inside the shirt or jacket, directly behind the badge. The badge is held firmly in place from the outside without piercing, clipping, or marking the fabric in any way. The magnetic attachment is an optional add-on available for any order.

Fully personalized from your attendee list

Each button is personalized individually during printing. You provide one base design and your attendee list — typically an Excel file. Names, titles, departments, or company names can all be included. We handle layout, printing, and assembly. Your badges arrive ready to distribute, with attachments already installed and the full set alphabetized for fast on-site check-in.

Fast, scalable production

Typical production time is approximately one week from artwork approval and attendee data submission. We regularly produce badges for events with hundreds or thousands of attendees, and large quantities are handled without added lead time. The minimum order quantity is 25 pieces.
