Large-format name badge buttons for clear, visible event identification
Giant name badge buttons are a highly visible, easy-to-use alternative to traditional name tags and lanyards. They work especially well for conferences, trade shows, staff identification, and large-scale events where quick recognition matters.
Most low-cost name badges use sharp pins that damage clothing. Our recommended attachment is a strong two-piece magnet. The backing magnet sits inside the shirt or jacket, keeping the badge securely in place without piercing or clipping the fabric.
Each button is personalized during printing.
You provide one base design and an attendee list — typically an Excel file. Names, titles, departments, or company names can all be included. We take care of layout, printing, and assembly.
Your badges arrive ready to use, with attachments installed and alphabetized for fast on-site distribution.
Typical production time is about one week after artwork approval and data submission. We regularly produce badges for events with thousands of attendees, and large quantities are handled efficiently.
