Enamel fills allow for bold colors and detailed designs on metal pins
Enamel pins are the most popular choice when you want vibrant colors and clean detail. Colored enamel is applied into recessed areas of the metal and heat-cured to lock in the color.
Production starts with precision die-striking the pin base from copper or iron. For certain designs, the surface can also be sandblasted to create added texture or a matte effect.
The enamel colors are applied by hand into even the smallest recessed areas. Colors can be matched to Pantone (PMS) standards to ensure accurate brand colors.
Once the enamel is cured, the pin edges are trimmed and the surface is polished or brushed for a clean, professional finish.
The selected backing is then attached, each pin is inspected for quality, and your order is carefully packaged for shipment.
