Simple yet elegant, die-struck pins are also economical
If you want a pin that is as simple and elegant as possible, a metal pin made with a die-struck mold is your choice. You can identify a stamped pin by its polished, raised surfaces and texture-finished recesses.
Copper or brass are most commonly used as the material because of the properties of these metals. The soft metal is the easiest to die-struck to get a sharp and detailed result.
After the striking step, the individual pins are trimmed to clean the outer edges to the desired shape. At this stage, the pin can also be sandblasted, for example, if it is desired to add texture to the surface of the pin.
The protruding surfaces of the pin are polished, while the deeper shape of the pin retains its texture or sandblasted finish.
Finally, a pin or some other of our many attachment options will be attached to the pin, and your finished lapel pin will end up in quality control. Pins that meet the approved result will be promptly packed and shipped to you.
