Wooden name badge buttons offer a distinctive, professional alternative to plastic holders, laminated badges, and lanyards. Made from real plywood, they sit flat on the chest — no swinging, no tangling — and stand out visually in a way that paper and plastic simply cannot. They work especially well at conferences, corporate events, trade shows, and any gathering where first impressions matter.
The standard attachment is a composite pin made from eco composite plastic, reducing the environmental impact compared to conventional metal pins. For attendees who prefer not to pierce their clothing at all, our two-part magnetic attachment is available as an add-on. The backing magnet sits inside the garment, holding the badge firmly in place without puncturing or marking the fabric.
Each badge is personalized individually during the printing process. You provide one base design and your attendee list — typically an Excel file with names, titles, or departments — and we handle layout, printing, and assembly. Badges arrive fully assembled, ready to wear, and can be delivered alphabetized for fast on-site distribution.
Minimum order quantity is 25 pieces. Typical production time is approximately one week from final artwork approval and attendee data submission. Large events with several thousand badges may require additional lead time.
