Custom lapel pins packaged on branded backer cards
Lapel pins can be delivered mounted on custom printed backer cards. Whether you’re creating pins for retail, events, or promotional use, a backer card adds branding, context, and perceived value. It turns a pin into a finished, shelf-ready product.
Backer cards are typically printed single-sided in full color. Double-sided printing and specialty finishes are also available. Optional effects include metallic inks and spot UV coating, listed below the price table.

Custom shapes can be quoted alongside your pin order. We also offer folded cards, multi-pin sets, and packaging designed specifically for collectible pin series.
Backer cards can be supplied individually packaged with your pins, or without individual packaging if you prefer to package them in-house. Packaging options affect overall pricing.
For quantities of 1,000 units or more, we recommend requesting a quote for offset-printed backer cards with individual packaging. At higher volumes, premium packaging becomes very cost-effective.
The price list is indicative and subject to final size and finish. Minimum order quantity is 100 pcs. Individual packaging is done in clear PLA bags made from corn starch. Prices include full-color printing and an optional round hole on the card.
